I really don’t understand the iPad mini. There was no point to it. The reason people bought iPads was because they were bigger and because they’re apple. I just don’t get it. Beyond dumb.

Sidenote: I haven’t updated my phone ios 6 or whatever because I am deadly scared of Apple Maps.

Ransom phonecall

So there is this new thing going on in Miami…

Someone will call you, and ask if this is “ insert name on phone bill ”. Because they don’t actually know you or anyone in your family they do not know your real name, they just pull it off bills or online.

They will proceed to tell you that they have your “insert family member ”.

Then they will tell you that they are going to kill them if you don’t give them ” insert dollar amount “.

Other versions also go like this: “Your daughter hit my car and I don’t have insurance because I am not a citizen. My son had to go to a hospital and I incurred $xxxx in bills and it’s your stupid daughters fault. I will kill your daughter if you don’t give me the money because I am poor…. blah blah blah”.

It might be in spanish FYI. Because this is Miami.

- So this happened to my brothers co-worker and my boss’ friend. I think it almost just happened to me like 5 minutes ago. I have been getting Unknown phone calls for the past 3 days and I haven’t picked up. I don’t pick up Unknowns but they have been persistent so I picked up….

My phone number is not under my name so they asked for the person who it is under and I said wrong number, they asked “this isn’t _______” and I said “no you have the wrong number” and I hung up.

I’m sure it was for that because he sounded casual BUT I outsmarted their stupid-illegal immigrant-lazy ass-piece of shit-mother fucker.
